The Fuente family took an extraordinary long period of time to determine which of their rare vintage tobaccos should be blended to produce the now internationally famed Don Carlos cigars.

These cigars are extremely difficult to make so our production is very small. We accumulate the limited production of these cigars in the aging rooms and usually release them around the holidays, something special for our fellow cigar smokers to enjoy.

Montesino cigars have been part of the Fuente family for a very long time. In 1980 Carlos Fuente Sr. and his son Carlos Fuente Jr. began making cigars in the Dominican Republic.
